Incisively he saved the day

And when expenses blocked the way

Like a hot knife through cold butter

He earned the title, “Le Cost Cutter”.

And Nissan which was in a rut

Steadily began to strut.

And Ghosn was there to smoothly steer

And Nissan soon was in top gear.

By then Ghosn was riding higher,

The Industry’s true high flyer.

He was admired for his flair

And this was noted by Schweitzer.

Together they worked as a pair.

Louis chose Carlos as his heir.

For anyone it’s very rare

Simultaneously to share

The top job of two companies

But Carlos does it with great ease.

If Kirk Kerkorian had his way

Now Carlos might well have held sway

Over Renault, Nissan and GM.

And how he’d handle three of them

Is something I would love to see.

But Alas! It could not be.

It seemed that all was hunky-dory

But here’s a twist to the story.

The cruising car ran into rubble

Nissan’s line up was in trouble.

And nothing much is going to change

Until the upgrade of the range.

But here in we all know

There’s one great hope for Renault.

They can now ride the story

And with Mahindra reach new glory.

Now Plexion can aid in design,

Costs can be cut on the assembly line,

Systech can provide most parts

And once cooperation starts

The synergy can be so great,

I think it would be fair to state

That though today we might trail

In time the union will prevail.

Nissan, Mahindra and Renault

Together can be on the go.

may be in the lead

But we will soon pick up speed.

And very soon we will prevail!
